Assigned to rescue a significantly under performing Medical Training Conference set to begin in 35 days. Successfully planned and executed this 6 country 9 city conference in the MENA Region in partnership with La Jolla Pharmaceutical and Ochsner Health Systems. Personally designed and created all marketing materials, built an all encompassing website for the conference, booked all conference venues, catering, and all team logistics (flight, hotel, ground transportation, visas), all whilst coming under budget by 30%.

Created an internal online training form that automatically emailed new officials a post-game evaluation, to develop and retain new talent within the Washington, DC area’s officiating hockey community. Retained over 90% of new officials, most under the age of 18, compared to a National mention rate of 65% within an organization that has a significant age gap for new talent.

Accepted and successfully completed a time sensitive, 120 hours to complete, consulting project which involved a same day departure from Washington, DC to Sweden to lead a small group of international developers to create a new website for Softwerk, prior to there being featured in Dagens Industri financial newspaper.
